Skills Required

  • 5 - 10 Years of Work experience in the line of Surveillance, Access Control systems, Public Addressing systems, & UPS
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
  • Ability to build professional business relationships
  • Highly motivated, target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Valid Driving License and mobility is important.

Responsibilities Required

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales activities in the given Territory.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives when position open under you.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Market intelligence and periodical Update
  • Enthusiastic and continuous learning through all available opportunities like workshops, seminars, and conferences or within the operations.
