About NDAA

The National Defense Authorization Act of 2019 (NDAA) is a federal law of the United States that took effect on August 13, 2018. Sections of the law details the forbidden procurement or usage, of certain video surveillance, telecommunications services, equipment and components manufactured by particular manufacturers for government agencies and their contractors, among other requirements.When submitting surveillance project solutions involving clients based in major countries, major vendors must comply with the NDAA. NDAA serve as the benchmark differentiating the blacklisted solutions from the compliant ones.
